Haven’t put a calculator to it to see the percentage but I’m paying double what I did 5 years ago for two rental properties

My auto renewal was hit with about 10% increase. Excuse from my agent was it costs more to fix vehicles.

26% increase in Auto insurance in July. No accidents, no tickets and no new cars. same claim wise but mine only went up about 125.00 on a 1650.00 policy, still mad that I have to pay for the ones that refuse to buy it. gonna be a grisly site if someone hits me and is not covered, been there, done that, chapter 7 bankruptcy, I have a special hate in my heart for people like that.

House and vehicle went up about 28%. I had some really good rates last year. I switched companies and lowered the increase to 14%. No claims or tickets for 5+ years.

Thanks for any input! Call Texas Farm Bureau If you've recently had your roof replaced, that will definitely help. When I was trying to get a policy for my best friend's house and renew one on my mom's house, they have been the least expensive.

They jumped...and it's making me thinking about jumping to another firm. Have been with USAA for over 25 years and it's the first time I'm thinking about searching for a new carrier.

avid, safeco has been the best for rates for me. I use an independent agent that shops them for me. 940 683 4008 got them thru a member on here who is an agent. insurica in bridgeport https://insurica.com/locations/bridgeporttx/

Mine with Allstate was going up 60% this year, from $440 to $680. I went to safeco for $305 . 4 cars, 1 a 2022 model.
