Any of the ramps at Bridgeport usable now? I've used the low water ramps at Wise County Park and the very low water ramp that is next to 380. Just can't remember what the lake levels were at those times.

Yes. The Wise County ramps are open as is the Runaway Bay ramp at the marina. Ramps will be just fine for a good whike yet. Swing wide of points and such when running. You shouldn't have any issues. If it's low light and you are coming out of the marina and want to head under the 380 bridge swing a little wide. Do not hug tgat rip rap bank. There are some shallow humps about 25-50 yds off that rip rap in what you think is open water. They are visible in daytime.

Is the hump out in the main lake as you come out of the river channel showing itself?

Kind of. I still always swing wide of it unless laje is completely full. Sometimes it's marked with boys abd sometimes it's not. It's locally referred to as Lower Unit Point.....

lower unit point is showing as of weekend before last. just watch for the blinking buoys and swing wide to the east and youll be fine

Put in at Wise Co. 9-15 and it was no problem.

It’s showing now I was told be careful out there it’s called lower unit point for a reason.

I've launched at both 380 and the wise county park in the last week no issues at either

going to BP in the morning, What does Runaway Bay ramp look like now ? I can't remember how far out that ramp goes

People are launching there daily with all sizes if boats. I live 3 minutes from that ramp and it is the one I use most often.

Two ramps were closed in Wise County Park on Saturday 9.23.23. Also saw that one boat launched off the low water ramp on the peninsula at Wise County Park. Everyone else used the (2) open ramps (Southern).
