I did notice that gas went up from $3.27 per gallon to $3.39 at the local QT this morning.

I just got it for $3.12 while everyone else around here is $3.39. I bet it's already changed.

I thought I saw that news on the TV over the weekend... Saw gas here in E. Tennessee today for as high as $3.40 and as low as $3.18 today... Dan

I got gas yesterday near the house and it was $3.169. We saw it everywhere from that to $3.699 between here and Abilene on the highway.
It looked like the fire was not as damaging as it looked. Is it correct that the fire was a spill and the storage tank never ignited?

It said it was their 3rd fire In less than a year. Obviously they have some problems from the top all the way down. I worked at a large refinery for 42 yrs.

It said it was their 3rd fire In less than a year. Obviously they have some problems from the top all the way down. I worked at a large refinery for 42 yrs. Safety seems to be a bottom priority.

Refineries are getting old most are older than 50 years. EPA won't let them build new ones with so many regulations

Well it's because of Trump,oil producers, fracking and global warming heating up the ground around the refineries

I have a good buddy that runs an environmental remediation company. Marathon is one of their customers. He was telling me Sunday evening about this fire.

$4.27 to $4.89 here in Phoenix for regular. $4.35 is the cheapest diesel.
