Picanha on the rotisserie over lump with some mesquite. Rare, topped with chimichurri. Hey E8C - looks great, almost like the mesquite seasoning that we get at Costco.
What cut of meat is that?
FYI - I'm a retired AF guy, on the support side of the Rivet Joint business. Great memories! We did a lot of business with Robbins.

FYI - I'm a retired AF guy, on the support side of the Rivet Joint business. Great memories! We did a lot of business with Robbins. It’s a picanha (sirloin cap) Cool deal. I know a lot of RJ/cobra ball/sent pilot, navs, & ewos. I’ve been a jstars FE for 16 years so know a lot of folks who cycle between Robins, Offutt & Tinker. It the end of an era though. There are 2 JSTARS left (1 C model that’s currently deployed and out A model bounce bird trainer) once the C model gets back from deployment in October, we are officially done
