Boat 1988 Ranger 374V 150HP Evinrude Intruder.
Just wondering if anyone knows the length of the steering cable for this year/model of Ranger.
I can't seem to locate a parts manual for this model, any help is appreciated.
It's a dual cable, rack and pinion style steering cable.

There should be some markings on the end of the cables.

I looked and didn’t see any markings on either of the cables, the markings may just be on the cables further in the hull. Thanks for the reply.

Try calling Ranger parts department. Not sure about these days but at one time they were very helpful. I think the the 374 has the the same cables as the 375 but I cleaned out my file cabinet and either threw away every thing related to my Ranger or gave it to the new owner.
