This is my first real experience cooking over open flame, there will be a learning curve

That looks like a good set up. Drag a chair up, drink beer and throw wood on it when it needs it. I need to Google rotisserie for a Weber. Looks like a good excuse to stay close buy your cooking and drink beer!!
