Yes, but he's actually referencing catching the same bed fish multiple times in a day, which a good portion of (not all) the leaders were doing. Bad enough they we're catching the same fish day after day, which isn't against MLF rules, the pathetic part that pissed him off was the guys catching them off a bed more than once in a day. That's what he meant when he mentions the "intent of the rule".
Shuffield was one of them, Becker, Tak, and some others that ended up in the top 10 as well.
Pretty gross display all around.

I like Chris and Trait, but in this podcast when they kept interrupting KVD and finishing his sentences for him, I found it a bit irritating.
