peacock bass fishing,Rio negro river,Amazon basin,northern Brazil.....first pic is selection of baits we could choose from ....second pic is a ragged old Woodchopper bait that made a good sound when i was ripping it and the fish liked it...I think I caught more fish on the ugly jig than anything else but it might have been because I threw it a lot resting my arm because ripping that woodchopper would wear my arm out.....
