Lake was beautiful and the boat was a big improvement from our smaller one. Fishing???? Not so great. After a while, we left because there were too many jet skiers and water skiers coming out.
I did see a group of Kayakers early in the trip.

we came home did a bit of yard work and jumped in the pool. Not too bad of a day.,

I'm glad yall finally had a chance to put the boat out, should have taken pics to share with us, even of yall taken a swimm.

We fished Saturday on Eagle Mountain. My Club tourney, I believe we had 13 ladies fishing with 4 weighing fish in. I have to admit I was not one of them. I did catch a decent rod and reel though. It hadn't been in the water too long. My hubby said that we will clean it up and give it to our 4 year old grandson. It will be his first big boy fishing pole. I can't wait to see the look on his face when we give it to him. DB glad ya'll got to go out anyway. Maybe our next trip we will have something to brag about. Good luck.

well it stoped raining here but I still can't fish, came down with the cold
