Issues with the downscan imaging I'm having. On the SI I get the option of 455 and 800 frequencies but no options on the downscan, in the manual it state "If your DownScan transducer supports just one frequency, the Frequency option won't show in the DownScan panel." on page 94 mine shouldn't be the case because I'm using the AI 3in1. I've called Lowrance they made me push the latest software but the issues still exist. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks. Moe

There is no options for downscan its one frequency and Lowrance does not ever share that in the specs. Your SI is correct as stated above.

Thank you Larry for the reply, In the manual it does shows. "DownScan frequency options depend on the type of connected DownScan transducer: 455 kHz and 800 kHz" I've watched so many youtube video's it shows both options I've taking screenshot of some that does show 800 kHz same as the SI. ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2023/08/full-76909-193252-image_67207425.jpg) at Bass Pro shop the demo does show the option as well.

Its rare but sometimes these demo files do not match the specs on something like this or a change in production happens then it does not match the demo files. Below is what the specs are for the AI3-1 coming from the install manual for it. AI3-1 transducer

I don't see a down scan freq. spec. in Larry's attachment. My ride is in the shop right now. When I get it back I'll check my Carbon with AI 3 in 1 and let you know what I find.
