DMSO on the joints. Dimethyl sulfoxide. It's a wood solvent used on horses.
Use on a crick in the nexk. Knees. Wrists. Shoulders. It'll cause a almond taste in your mouth. Swab it on with a cotton ball. Once in the morning. Another before you go to bed.
Get the liquid. The gel has added things. The liquid is the purest.

The biggest thing is to find a method that is comfortable and then practice at home in the back yard until you’re throwing good every throw. When you decide it’s time to throw a heavy deep hole net you’ll need to change your technique again. There is no right way but there are a ton of things you can do wrong that messes you up. I got my first cast net when I was 8 and now I’m 49 and I got my son going when he was 4 and he already throws better than me. Practice makes perfect!

I'm 65 years old and learning to throw a castnet. With as hot it's been lately been practicing everyday....now it's routine to go out in the back or front yard and throw my 4 and 5 ft net. Along with countless videos I'm getting better and more consistant. 5 foot I found to be easier to throw and open up because it's heavier.
Iv'e always started to learn and then give up. I get sore..........however now that I have thrown the net probably 300 times...don't feel the soreness anymore. When they say practice...practice and if I can get better throwing a net anyone can. Have a Blessed Day
