An hour and about 7 minutes. It's done. ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2023/07/full-120024-191329-img_20230720_190827.jpg) It's gonna go good with some ketchup.

It's on the dry side. So either I need to use less planko bread crumbs or a ground beef with more fat. I used 80/20. That's way too lean. Next time will be with the 73%. ...or add some cut up, raw, bacon to the lean beef.

I grill about three times a week.
It's easy to get tired of smoked food if you eat it everyday.
Next up, I want to make a cabbage dish on the stove. Pork sausage for the meat.

Next up, I want to make a cabbage dish on the stove. Pork sausage for the meat. if you are cooking for one, try this. hillshire hot beef sausage, uncle bens 1 min. cheaters rice, red beans, cast iron skillet with deep sides (well, ok the normal will work). make 2 cups worth of rice, fry sausage in cast iron till lightly browned, when rice is done turn into cast iron, add red beans that were heated in a separate pan. stir well and enjoy!

I would roll around on that. Meatloaf is possibly the most underrated food ever.
