We had some Bison burger a few weeks back. I thought it was better than beef.

Yes, my weekly add is different. Will try changing location. I do see the same cherries on sale though.

Little bitty Dicks market here in Seadrift sells better meat than any of the big grocery stores. Tastes like it used to.

Y'all are all right.
When I bought ground meat I liked our local Sam's. Not anti Walmarx either although 10 years ago their meat was abominable. Not my go to. We've been buying a half beef and it's different from store bought in that it's better quality. HEB ground meats seems to have more fat in it than the posted percentage. I do like HEB for most everything else.
Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it !

… has an extra Nola Ryan “sizzle” to it That looks like something I used to call "Bomb Burger" when I ran a meat market for Winn Dixie. I sold some pretty fatty family pack ground beef @ 1.19 lb. every day. The price reflected the quality of the burger, and some customers just preferred quantity over quality. I said when you put a hamburger patty made of the family pack ground beef on a grill, it would smoke like a bomb went off and you better have a fire extinguisher handy. You’re right, they sure didn’t do themselves any favors with that fatty picture I pulled from their website.

Sams usually has rib eye burger, or ny strip burger….etc. the ribeye stuff is really good This^^^^ the rib eye burger. Pretty much all I buy & everyone asks where did you get the hamburger from. Season with Uncle Chris's Steak Seasoning on one side, hard core black on the other. Cook on the Recteq Bullseye at 325 until internal of 145, Put on the cheese to finish up. Makes mighty fine burgers and or Hamburger Steaks too!!
Reality. What a concept!
