My dad is selling the back half of his property. He maintains this property like a crazy person and he's just not that mad at it anymore! If you know anyone looking I will give you a very good deal on a diesel truck HAHA... Great property! Good luck on the quick sale. I just figure out that those back ponds have BIG bass in them and he sells it HAHA. Still got three huge ponds on the front part of the land. Will be interesting to see when he builds a much bigger man cave/shop for his toys.

That parcel doesn't look to have 10 acres of qualified agricultural land for Ag exemption, but I could be wrong.
