I just got from a drive up to Lake Moss to see how the lake looked. When we pulled up to the boat ramp on the South Side of the Lake, some friggin moron had cleaned a mess of hybrids and sandies and left the dead fish right in the middle of the boat ramp. It had just happened a few minutes earlier since there was still blood running down into the water from the pile of fish. I wished I had been there a few minutes earlier to catch this SOB. There is absolutely no excuse why these fish were left there!

I complained about something similar I saw at Blue River and someone here actually told me there was nothing wrong with being a disgusting pig and accused me of not having the proper permits to be there. Some people!!

It does not take but just a second to stab a hole in its belly (they sink rather than float for newbies) and toss them in the lake for turtles and others to feed upon.
It is absolutely disgusting and inexcusable to leave them on a boat ramp like that. Better yet, toss them tied in three of your Kroger, WalMart of whatever shopping bags, tie each bag closed to keep the foul oder inside the bags) and toss them in the trash at the house. The double or triple bagging works very well in keeping the odor from escaping until trash pickup day.

Simply inexcuseable! It boggles my mind why people constantly trash our public parks and lakes. How far would he or she have to go to find a dumpster?

Bank Angler, we do the same thing. We bring them home to clean and bury the carcasses in the back yard. It is like the old story of Indians placing a small fish in the hole where they planted corn. It fertilized the corn.

I don't like cleaning fish at home, but I do use the cleaning stations at the lake and clean up after I am done.
What's really sad is that moron is probably home bragging to all his friends about his catch too...

Perfectly stated, TreeBass!
Out of curiosity, what would one do if they saw that going on? Take down a license plate and call the game warden?

It is a damn crying shame that the law has gotten so strict that a feller can't really afford to kindly "educate" these dumb sobs that insist on trashing our outdoors like that fool did! You cannot fix stupid, but ya can damn sure give it a good "TUNE UP"!!
Keep your powder dry & don't fire until you see the whites of their eyes!!
