I know boxing has lost it's appeal to a lot of folks ,but the welterweight championship 147lbs. fight this Saturday night mostly on DANZ sports channel or your neighborhood tavern will be a good place to watch this barn burner both fighter are undefeated ,the Grand Prairie kid Virgil Ortiz jr is 19-0 19kos (I don't think anyone has gone past 8 rounds ) his opponent Eimantas Staninois is also undefeated 14-0 .9 kos Lithuanian Olympic gold medal champ. Can hardly wait (it's the little things in life,that keep a smile on your face  ) I';ll be by the channel

Still love boxing and I still hate HBO for dropping it. I’ll never ever forgive them for doing that. Maybe I will if they get back into the sport.

Looks like tonights championship fight has been cancelled due to illness;
I'll try and get details..........still will have boxing on DANZ just not the championship.

3rd time this fight has been cancelled, twice Ortiz for Rhabdomyolysis, once for appendectomy Stanosis, may never happen

Reports now saying that Ortiz was having problems making weight in his camp. It’s better to have a fight cancelled over health than it is to show up and not make weight. Now Ortiz has been removed as the mandatory challenger after this situation.
