Someone was talking about getting rid of the fish smell off after going fishing.
This is what I accidentally discovered.
I think the wife gets them at bed bath and beyond.
They come in many different flavors.
I’m not sure if BBB is still in business.

The fish are thinking the same thing.

Washing your hands with toothpaste works pretty well to get rid of smell on your hands. However, washing off the fish smell as not been an issue lately.

Wash your hands with ketchup.

Shaving cream is also a good alternative.

Years back I tried one of those bar of soap shaped, stainless steel jobbers. Bed Bath Beyond product.

It works. Works as good as rubbing your hands on a stainless steel ladle.

I use this for fish and for onions, it works pretty well

You could just put that stuff all over your hands and lures prior to fishing and you may not have to worry about getting any fish smell off.

I always keep a bottle of Fast Orange in my tackle bag and use it when I get off of the lake.
Back in the day when doing a lot of night fishing me and a bunch of buddies always covered ourselves with Skin So Soft to keep the bugs and mosquitoes away. We got some pretty weird looks from people when we would go in somewhere the next morning to eat smelling like a bunch of ------ ------.
