OK there are 2 choices for places to stay right there at the lake...
1- Concho Park Marina Motel-(325)357-4467
2-Sportsman Lodge (Kennedy Park)-(325)357-4996

we know of Mike Stuard (aka Mr. Whiskers..325-636-4502 or 325-636-4532)only full time guide on the lake & we have used him several times, NO complaints..sets jug lines at the start of the trip for cats, expect a mixed bag of crappie & sandies & will limit out
he uses his boats tho...has a bass boat & pontoon.

You cannot beat Mr. Whiskers for a guide on Ivie. Been out with him several times and I've never come back empty handed.

Mr. Whiskers got run over @ Brownwood a couple of weeks ago. He was anchored up fishing & some kids run in to his boat WOT...

Talked to him a few days ago & he has a new boat & is back in service tearing the fish up. Give him a call if you want a good night of fishing.

Regards,
SAK
