Great report. Thanks. Did you try the timber in the coves? I would expect them to hold crappie as well. Just curious.

I stayed at the mouth of that cove. I didn’t have any crappie baits to vertical jig with. With the amount of bait I saw, I would bet a dollars to donuts that crappie were on that timber in the cove.
