So like to see you all thoughts what you carry for the inevitable flat.!!! I have a 4 way wrench & 24" breaker bar. Hate to carry my light floor jack[harbor freight] it would likely get stolen . What you have? thanks for input.

DeWalt battery impact, 2" x 12" x 12" board, bottle jack. Also have a four way lug wrench and a full set of 1/2" drive sockets and breaker bar.

2 spare tires , Aluminum Floor Jack , 5x5 piece of cardboard , Dewalt hog ring heavy anvil impact , gloves, rags, spare bearings and seal , grease. Fairly heavy bag of tools.
I am all about getting off the side of the road fast.

I have had one flat on the road, and that is why I carry the 2 x 12. I couldn't get the jack under the axle till I pulled the trailer up on a board.

Works great on tandem axle trailers. ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2023/06/full-47849-185912-screenshot_568.png)

Works great on tandem axle trailers. Got one as well, used it one time and it was great. Stays in the back of my pickup with a 4 way lug wrench. I also carry an 18" breaker bar.

I carry the usual stuff mentioned, but in addition to the breaker bar I have another 3 foot stick of thick wall pipe (not conduit) to slide over the breaker bar. I had a blowout once coming back from Amistad and neither the 4 way nor the battery powered impact would move the lug nut. I just happened to have the cheater bar and ended up twisting the bolt completely off. I had to replace the bolt, but I got the tire changed.

SnapOn 1/2” 18volt impact, a flip socket, extension, and use the trucks bottle jack.
I have used it on the old boat trailer a lot. Comes in handy.

I have a large plastic box that I keep in my Jeep at all times. Some of the stuff inside: 1) One of these ramps. 2) Square piece of carpet. 3) Coveralls. 4) T-shirt. 5) 2-pound hammer, large file, and assorted tools. 6) Breaker bar with sockets. 7) Bearing grease. 8) Battery powered red flares. 9) Complete hub. 10) Extra bearings, seals, spindle washers, spindle nuts, spindle nut retainers, cotter pins. 11) 18-volt impact gun with sockets. 12) Sand cloth. 13) Two hex key sets.

I carry an 18 volt impact wrench with full socket sets ( deep well and standard) in metric and SAE. I also carry a 1500 lb. capacity aluminum cam jack in the toolbox (the whole boat, motor, and trailer , loaded, only weighs 1500) as well as a 2' breaker bar and a tire plug kit and gloves. I have a spare tire mounted on the trailer. When I built my own trailers I always added dropdown jack legs behind the axles. The cam jacks are a much handier option, and I really don't want to weld on a new factory aluminum trailer anyway. A 18" section of 2"X6" is handy if you can't change the tire on pavement.

I agree with the 2" X 12" X 12" board. I have had to stack rocks under the wheel to get the trailer up high enough to get the jack under the axel before. I also carry a 12 Volt Air Pump and check my tires before I leave the ramp for the trip home. Most all of my flats/blowouts are on the trip home.

Pretty much as mentioned - drive on ramp, breaker bar and impact wrench with correct size sockets and torque stick. Been meaning to pick up spare hub kit but need to figure out which one I need. Have Bottle Jack asl well but that's for the truck mainly, as well as basic truck took kit with wrenches, sockets, allen sets, pliers, electrical tape, lights, etc.
