We have a rent house almost ready for market. It has an original cast iron bathtub that looks well used. I don't want to replace it.
Looking online, it appears the Rust-Oleum Acrylic Tub And Tile Refinishing 2-Part Kit is what I seek.
Checking in here first with the experts.

A company called Miracle Method has been doing this for decades. Fairly priced and a two day job. Good luck

We used the Rust-Oleum on the tub in our guest bathroom. Worked pretty well.

A company called Miracle Method has been doing this for decades. Fairly priced and a two day job. Good luck I had a low spot in the tub that had some scratches and would always rust. We had Miracle Method come out and they fixed the low spot and re-finished the entire tub and it's better than new. We were super impressed and it's holding strong a year later.

Sounds like you're going to do it yourself but if you do elect to use someone else, here is perhaps another option. We used All Surface Refinishing to work on our tub and were very happy with the price and the work. Their service area says entire Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex area but not sure if that includes Van Alstyne.
