Yes of course.
And I think they have been here. Just looking around a bit.
I would imagine their interest in us would be like our interest in ants. We might have some science types who look checking them out. But they are not worth trying to communicate with or really engaging with in any meaningful way.
They are just so far ahead of us we likely would not know ETs if we saw them. We expect them to look something like us, and think something like us... we are the ants, and they are the geniuses.

I think they are coming to destroy all the nukes on Earth . Before we destroy Earth because the Aliens need Earth for their survival .
