recently I fished with couple of guys that used Braid on spinning reels. They had trouble with Line twist on the braid. Does any one use braid on spinning reels? what type and brand.

I use braid on spinning gear a lot. I use Sufix 832 or Yo-Zuri Superbraid. Line twist is real LOL the way I keep it to a minimum is spool the line dry, when spooling it I setup my line about 10ft past the rod and run the line through the full rod and put a lot of tension on the line as I spool it this will help a lot. When done remove the spool and soak it in hot water about 100 degrees for 30min or so then go fish.

Do something different, you will be surprised what happens.

I use this trick I learned from A-Mart(RIP) years ago
