I’m sure that was a lot of fun and a physical workout for sure!
The paddlefish or Spoonbill is actually edible. I have eaten them before.
When fried it takes like you added some sugar to the breading.
We used to catch them and flatheads below the dam at Caddo Lake.
The Truth is six of the seven Dwarfs are not Happy!
