You are going to be at one of the best freshwater striper lakes in the country. I would use live shad.

Strolling @1.5 mph in 60 ft of water with 80 ft of line out.. 20 lb mono w/.5 oz weight w/10ft 20lb floro leader #2 circle hook (red) and 6 to 8 inch Shad...
this speed and weight bait will be @ 45 ft and then hang on.

Wife's cousin lives in Rogers. He likes to fly fish below the dam for trout.

Use earthworms, believe it or not, hooking them in the head and the butt and leave the big U in the middle unattached. Fish them in front of deep water boat docks with a minimum of 60’ of water, in 20-30 feet using a drop shot rig, and jig them softly up and down. They will usually hit it on the fall. You will hammer the spotted bass from 1-3 lbs and catch a lot of them. Can see the schools easily on your Livescope. Very fun. Dont mess with shallow water docks, they wont be there. You can also get a case of beer and troll down the river channels in the coves in 12-15’ with crank baits, hellbenders, hot n tots, or thin fins, and you might catch seven or eight different fish. Spots, largemouth, smallmouth, crappie, walleye, white bass, striper, or even a catfish if you are unlucky.
