Great looking fish! Personally a magnum white bass is any of them that spool you like a hybrid.
You know when their good by the line they take.

I think it depends on the lake, but 15 inches is the standard I have always heard. I haven't caught one bigger than 14.5 on Hubbard, so I call anything over 14 inches magnum on that lake.

A few years ago I caught 2 that were 19 inches at White River Lake. I had no cell service and I thought i had the record. I was disappointed after I loaded the boat that I had just missed it. I have pics, but don't know how to post them.
