 Livescope issue

I have been running the LVS32 and switching to the 34. Problem is my black box will not recognize the 34 transducer. All I get are flashing red light on box a blue screen. Anyone have this problem?

check your ground to the box.

If you don’t have the active captain app then install it on your phone then use the app to update your unit and black. It’s a really easy process and should solve your problem.

I want to thank everyone for their help. I actually downloaded the latest update onto an sd card and then into my unit and everything is working perfect.
