Went to fairfield one last time today Conditions weren't ideal. We arrived about 845am blue bird skies and no wind. Tried fishing deep at first but no bites. Did finally see some bream beds and some descent fish raiding the beds. We ended up catching about 7 fish today with the biggest weighing 5 pounds. We caught them on swim jigs blue gill color and blue gill colored crank. I will say it's sad to see how of color the lake is getting and lots of sprayed dead grass.

Why would they spray knowing those decisions and cost associated with it will fall on the new owners?

With all the homes planned for the lake I imagine they will kill off all the hydrilla.

I agree...at this point, they are more concerned with marketability of real estate, so I bet they try to do what they can to eliminate the grass.

Why would they be allowed to spray if the deal hasn't closed yet?

He is just realistic about the State screwing up and there was never a chance to save Fairfield. They talked the talk but that is it. How do you when a politician is lying? Their mouth is moving.

See Coach’s answer.
