The video caption show Oahu, Hawaii. That was way to dang close with his left foot in the water.

Time to change shorts for sure!
Biden famously said in the New York Observer, “I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that’s a storybook, man.”

It's the shark owners. They must have raised it that way.

I never understood why those guys that fish offshore leave their feet dangling over the yak. I have had WAY too many shark encounters on the Texas beaches and just offshore while fishing and no they are always near and lurking.

I never understood why those guys that fish offshore leave their feet dangling over the yak. There are two reasons. One to cool your feet off as they can get pretty hot in a black rubber booty. The second is to lower your center of gravity and make the kayak more stable - often done when just floating and taking waves from the side. Neither is a good enough reason offshore in Hawaii.

It's the shark owners. They must have raised it that way. Almost all sharks are friendly and make great pets if they are raised right. You can leave your children with them ... alone.
Advice? Wise men don't need it. Fools won't heed it !
