How can I-35 possibly keep the rain from going to the west? I live in Belton and we joke about it being the rain avoidance zone. Every lake in East TX. is full and every lake except a couple in the Brazos drainage is lacking many feet of water, Belton is down about 13.5 ft. I wish our border fence worked as well.
