So how far out are you now? I put down a deposit 2 years ago and haven't' heard anything. I tried contacting through website, but haven't gotten a response.

My best smallmouth is 3 lb. A 6+ is on my bucket list. I better hurry.

I highly doubt you will ever see your fish or your deposit unfortunately. Also the response he gave you is not an acceptable excuse IMO. Sucks but for what it's worth I think that smallmouth mount looks terrible so maybe you are better off going with someone else for your replica.

I'm not concerned about the quality or receiving my mount, moreso just curious if he has any idea on a timeline.

I've seen the quality of his work, and IMO it is second to none and worth the wait. I did not want a plastic fish, I wanted a replica and he had a mold that was almost exactly the same as my fish which was a short extremely fat fish.

I'm aware of his health set back when he had horrible reactions to the additives he uses in the process.

He was very honest with me up front about the timeline, and art isn't something you rush.


I will wait patiently, and believe he will come through.



I did catch my 2nd 10# a few weeks back, trying to decide if i'm going to get a replica of it as well.

Bryan does really good work, it took a minute but very happy with the reaults. I think you will be pleased with his work.
