Had some time yesterday so we ran to Fork to check it out! I haven't been there since April 1st and the crappie missed me! Wind was pretty tough at first and the boat slap was spooking the crappie pretty bad! Normally they're not spooky this time of year. Water was 72 and once I got out of some of the wind fish went in the boat pretty regularly. They were all released to fight another day. Had several males still colored up and some fat prespawn females still. Caught fish in 20-30FOW with fish suspended anywhere from 4-18' down on submerged timber. We used 1/4oz Slab Syndicate Gingertruce jigs on 11' Jenko Silver Pro Series rods spooled with 12lb K9 floro. I had a reschedule for Friday the 19th so I have that date open now and I also have the 30th open still. Let me know if you want in on the action! Good to see you having success and posting pictures! My youngest and I went out Sunday around noon and stayed a few hours. I think we caught over 30 and kept right at 20 solid crappie. We fished the TPWD pipes around 515 bridge. I told him about our trip with you at the end of the month and he's pretty pumped. See you in a few weeks sir.

3 boat trip with Clay Gann and Travis Decker! They put a table full of fish together. Everywhere is fishing great right now honestly! I wouldn’t know what lake to tell people is fishing better than the next. Winds been the biggest factor! I have May 31 and some days left in June. The fish are stacking up nicely and I don’t expect things to change anytime soon! Holler if you want in on the action.
