Just how many times have those supporting “gun control “ held an event for like minded individuals to freely turn in their guns? No doubt that the events lately are not good, but besides wanting new laws or banning guns has anyone been lining up to freely turn in guns? I have not heard of these events. Surely if everyone is for banning guns, this must be happening.

Also, if we “lost” the war on drugs for various reasons, how do you expect that we will win the war against guns? A modern CNC machine or 3d printer is pretty darn good at making things and their are quite a few of those in the states.

I understand that the US has a problem, but who will acknowledge it? How many times are criminals not paid the consequences for their actions. How many times have we heard of rap sheets / multiple dui’s with no repercussions? Who really thinks that repeat offenders just stop and have a line they refuse to cross?

I can't answer any of that, but I know that somewhere out there is a tipping point where firearms will get taken from the public. It will happen, eventually, IMO...whatever your opinions on that might be. I believe society has a finite amount of tolerance for the violence we are seeing, and at some point, rhetoric will be moved to action.

It will be death by a thousand paper cuts- if it was just flipping a switch you’d have mass chaos, basically the government would have a fight they don’t want.

I to believe they will take the guns away

I think they will get rid of the dollar and give us some kind of currency they can control.

They will then shut all gun owners ability to buy and sale till all guns and ammo are turned into the government

Will we reach a tipping point for Mass Murder Gun violence or gun violence or violence in general.

Currently we seem pretty darn lack on violence in general..

Don’t point to other countries without first acknowledging their behavior with regards to “regular” violence.

If you think we are low on violence then I want to retire to the utopia you live in. Off the chart in every category we measure here in Central Texas.
