Spent most of the day fishing straight north of Sneaky Pete's against the bank and we found schooling sandies everywhere. Non Stop from 9Am to 1:00PM. No one else was around which was very surprising. Some small Hybrids mixed in. After a good rain to cool off we left them bitin with 140 fish counted. All went back to grow up and catch again. Great day but tired.. The Hidden cove Ramp was a zoo around two a clock. We get to within 100 ft of the no wake bouy's and shut it down to idle in. We see a boat coming our direction so we move over a little. This go fast boat hits the no wake bouy and punches it and comes with 20 ft of my boat. His wake sent water over my bow and needless to say I had a view choice words for him.. Be careful out there..

We got out at 8am too and found sandies starting about 9am in the main lake, schooling pretty good. Several different schools and only about 8 boats or so working them all. Was a nice day for my boy and me - we went swimming after.
The hidden cove ramp is an adventure when the amateurs show up.
