I was on Lake O the Pines a couple weeks ago, one pretty lake. Rayburn to me is right up there as well. And although I have not been there in years, Caddo might make a list!!

Does L of Pines have lanes or is it pretty easy to run?

I am in SE Texas so the east tx lakes are just ok to me. Amistad on the other hand, is eye candy for me.
Everything on your bass boat is broken......You just don't know it yet.

Amistad is by far the most beautiful lake I've been on.
Blue water, big cliffs, springs, etc.
