All that transplanted Amistad water that settled down in Falcon is causing problems as of late. [Linked Image]

The old 83 bridge in the Valeno is in the danger zone, got two boats within the last week. As of yesterday the bridge has been marked with 3 large orange markers. If you launch in Zapata just stay to the right of the markers.

Yep, that's a fight you won't win..

As stated there are three orange markers on the bridge.. Run to the west of the westernmost marker.. No sweat..

Or in right versus left going out of the Veleno stay right of the rightmost marker.. Don't scrape the bank.. Just put ten yards between you and the marker.. But you got more room than that..

would a warning sign at ramp help possibly with a drawing of the area showing submerged bridge location?

Doubtful...You can fish at the fully marked bridge and warn approaching boats and they will still hit it...Seen it firsthand multiple times.

Every divot in the concrete on the top of that bridge rail has a story. None of them are good.
