L&P Worcestershire, Fiesta Uncle Chris’s steak seasoning, Swiss cheese over lump coal. Spread mayo on bun then char on the grill

Mix in some hidden valley ranch seasoning mix before grilling then salt and pepper to taste (my taste is generously).
It is fantastic just like that, but I love a hot A1 burger so I usually drench mine in sauce just before pulling them off the grill

Thanks... That burger has chopped onions on the bottom with lettuce and tomato under the meat. Muenster cheese, sliced avocado`s and bacon on top.

Ground chuck 80/20 add in a little parmesan cheese before making patties. I prefer 1/3 lb patties with SPG cooked over charcoal direct or in a cast iron skillet over the coals. Other than the usual cheese and condiments I use HEB bakery hamburger buns.

my GP is, last health check everything is within limits, good German stock i guess, I don't eat these all the time and I exercise, mostly free weights and spend a lot of time in the outdoors... key is moderation, activity, fasting frequently...the rest is up to the Lord - I won't go one minute before He wants me...

Good beef, salt and pepper, grilled medium over coals, standard hamburger, no cheese, sometimes grilled onions.

3 pages and I havent seen any smashburgers?

Cast iron or flat top grill ftw. Burger marinating in its grease. Tastes better than charcoal.

I commented early on that an average patty melt is better than a good cheeseburger.
Pattymelts are the OG “smash burger” cooked on a flat top griddle with grilled onions and griddled Texas toast.

I haven`t had a charcoal burger since getting my Weber gas grill back in 2013. I got my small Weber charcoal grill out last year that I`ve had for years, fired it up and grilled a few burgers for me and the wife. No where near the flavor I get when I use my Lodge griddle. The crust from a griddle is superior to the smoke flavor from charcoal.
