We got to the lake mid Friday morning launched at 2 mile bridge and fished a number of different points and humps. All the places we fished were holding fish between 25-30 feet, the best lure was a chartruse slab bouncing it off the bottom. We caught mostly sandbass, didn't keep count but it was quite a few. I was surprised the water was fairly clear considering all the rain there has been. By 2 the clouds were starting to build so we left to miss the weather that was suppose to come in.

Thanks for your report. Good to know they are still biting after all the rain.

Went yesterday 3pm to 8. Big mags were schooling at 2 Mile but sporadic. Best spot for me was at mid cloud in 15ft casting out to 25ft. Spent half of my time on the south hunting for bigs but nada.
