I'm not installing a propane tank and running lines so I can cook over gas. Our house is 100% electric.

Calphlon Hard anodized non Stick. Keep an eye out for Bed Bath and Beyond to clearance them due to store closures.

We have had ours for 15 years. Will buy another just because

I just picked up the Calphlon Hard anodized non Stick 10" and 12" from WalMart, found the Calphlon glass covers as well at Walmart online for $49 more, total out door was $129

Thanks for the heads up..... thumb

I will be happy if they last 7 years.

Just go to a restaurant supply place like Ace Mart and buy a couple there. All sorts of different sizes.

I have All Clad, T-Fal, and Le Creuset. I use the Le Creuset the most...followed by All Clad. The T-Fal is regulated to egg duty.

I have one of these, but I'm guessing it's like a 20" or something. Stupid thing is HUGE! I don't remember how we ended up with it, but I'm thinking a garage sale or it was left in one of the properties we bought. Great for huge dinners, but impractical for most things. It does cook very, very well, so I'm going to assume the 10" would be just as good.
