here's an example of tournament guys taking a vote that cost each of them some money to award first place to the right fishermen....

I do not do anything or assume anything unless I get a confirmation numer or email. I get a confirmation or email if i spend 3.95. This guy was fishing for 100 grand. Are you trying to say he registered for his license to fish for 100 grand and got no receipt or confirmation number or print out ? Your smarter then that and have to have more common sense then that . Do you you have any evidence or can you tell us how many people you personally know that have had a similar problem on a computer.

I believe there is 7 mentions of people with license/transaction problems on BBC forum thread and couple on here...I know of 3 beside myself who had problems a few years ago here in Georgia....one of the problems in my area is that not many places sell licenses and if you go to wal-mart the sporting goods section may not have anybody on duty to write licenses....that was mentioned by the man who got disqualified and he tried at walmart but then had to try to do his icenses himself with his phone...
