What’s the best queso to eat with tortilla chips ?

Chorizo with Oaxacas cheese, Serrano chiles, tapatio, with flour tortillas. I'm not into chips.

Velvetta, Rotel tomato and ground beef Is decent and easy.

I usually make this but with breakfast sausage. Thin it with cream of mushroom soup so you can eat it cold. That's a pro tip.

I use white american cheese for my queso, really good, usually add the extra hot rotel, sometimes we will add chili or burger meat.

Velveeta is like eating plastic

We use Monterey Jack, cheddar and a little bit of cream cheese, beer, pico, HB meat or sausage

I won`t eat any Queso that`s had any milk or similar dairy products added to it. Just FN nasty. Velveeta, Rotel are simple and good all by themselves. Breakfast sausage(hot) is ok also.
