I am hoping that someone will be able to help me with this issue. I have a 2006 Yamaha 250 outboard and I can’t find a stator for it anywhere. Rockwall marine has one on order for me but the supplier keeps changing the delivery date. I have been waiting for 3 months now and today the delivery date was changed to MIDDLE OF JULY. The part number is 60V-81410-02-00. I have searched several internet sites and can’t find one anywhere else. Does anyone know of a work around or after market place to try? It kills me everyday I see folks wearing the fish out and my boat just sitting in my shop.

So I ended up taking the motor apart and taking the Stator out. It looks like 5 of the 18 coils are darker than the rest. I checked the Ohms between each of the 3 connectors and all had 0.3 ohms reading. So I don’t know if it is burnt out of not? I was going to post picture of it but can’t figure out how.
