Had The Scott Family out today for a little fun on The Catfish Cadillac. Lawrence Scott has been with me before and wanted to bring his Dad, sister Kimmy, and his daugter Lauren. Allen Jr. couldn’t make it because of a recent surgery and we missed him. Today wasn’t My best showing for sure. Could have been the gale force winds we were trying to fish in. Bites were hard to feel and the fish weren’t cooperating today as well as the last several days. They grinded out a great mess and will have a fish fry or two from today’s catch. Most importantly , memories were made! I enjoyed the heck out of having y’all fish with me today. We fished 4 different spots from 17 ft to 26 ft. Fish were finicky everywhere we went today. All fish caught on Stubby’s Cheesebait. Thanks again y’all !

Another day... another table full of fish... Have you ever been skunked? Ever? in your whole life? lol... Keep up the great work brother!

Trust me, I have been skunked many times years ago when my wife and I started fishing. As a matter of fact , a couple of weeks ago I was out baiting holes and scouting by myself on a Friday and only caught 6 fish all day. Went back Saturday to check them again for my trip Sunday. I only caught 11 all day by myself. I called my client and told him that I could hardly get a bite and to see if he wanted to reschedule. He still wanted to go. I was sweating bullets. Well, here is their pic from that Sunday. Light switch flipped on and I was happy. Some days you’re the dog, some days you are the hydrant.

From your comments about not your greatest day. To many that is an awesome day. But you always seem to set your standards high. That is to be commended.
