first eye was done on the 5th of jan. (left eye), right eye done feb. 23rd (I think). left eye finally stabilized and doesn't seem to be as light sensitive as the right eye.
right eye hurts like hell but I may have put my finger in it while sleeping last night. laser on 4/4 on left eye to get rid of fuzziness. main problem is the sensitivity to daylight, sunlight is literally painful.
sooooo, is this a "normal" thing with this chit?
signed: causing real problems in my life right now. I had both my eyes done in 2006, I went with Crystalens implants... i still have hyper sensitivity to sun light, can't go outside even on a cloudy day without sunglasses... have a pair by the back door, front door, in the garage, on the steps where my truck key is , at least one pair in each vehicle, several in the boat... i don't mind that trade off, I gave up haze and needing glasses for clear and mid and distance vision, still need readers... I hope you adjust soon...

My journey starts next Tuesday with my first consultation, then lens fitting, then the actual surgery. I have got a biggun in my right eye and a lesser one in my left, I’m hoping for the best

I get the right eye lasered on the 25th, should be all done at that point.
bright sunlight is still hard to handle but sunglasses and all is good.

Hop I had mine done by the same Dr. that did yours. Mine came out great. No more glasses only readers. I can see at night again. I didn't have any problems at all. Good luck. I hope yours gets better.

I hope yours gets better. all is good, I just wasn't expecting the recovery was gonna suck so bad. my near and mid vision is good, distance is still blurry so gonna ask about that next week.

Whats your eye pressure? That can affect sensitivity. 13-18 good, 20 and above high.

I am going in tomorrow morning for my right eye. I did the left eye last Wednesday.
My left eye was tested the day after and was 20-25. If my right eye ends up that good I'll just get a set of glasses, or not.

Man Hop, I hope the get it sorted out. I had mine done years ago and haven't had any problems. Even drove back from San Antonio right after both surgeries. Hang tough.

I just got back from my second cataract removal.
All went well and if this one works like the first one I should be seeing clear this evening.
Three drops a day of the antibiotic and at least four drops a day of the Refresh tears for three weeks coming up.
