Guy was a full on communist- dreamed of suicide, hated trump, loved lock downs, fit the leftist narrative to a tee. This has nothing to do with guns- everything to do with being a typical nut. He had a well documented social media history on Reddit that is now being scrubbed as it doesn’t fit the narrative the msm wants to push.

Listing pronouns doesn’t make you a weirdo, that’s becoming commonplace in many fields and websites. Killing a bunch of people does make you a sick weirdo however, think we can all agree on that. It’s gets you on the “do not hire” list. Everyone knows that person is going to be a drag to work with. Everyone in his or her right mind knows!

I always vanish from the place for a while after firing people..... just in case we've had folks come back. the law has to get involved. no way in without a fob now. We had one back in the 2005 time-frame that was being fired that they felt might be a problem. He had been showing aggressive signs at work. The building had it's own security and key card access, plus our office suite had a different access card. While the guy was at lunch we deactivated his access cards for the office and the building, packed up his desk and had his stuff at the front desk to the building. He tried to come back the next morning. Building security held him until the cops got there.

Shoot through glass or locks or whatever. That's why I go to great lengths to let people know things are not going well long before I fire them and when it finally comes down to it I do it with as much dignity and respect as possible. I've never had one go badly, but it is still a scary proposition sometimes.

Naw, every time anyone is shot most everyone on here blames them on being a thug or transgender. So, I wondered how this was going to be perceived by the wisdom of the OT. Dude was a weirdo- he had his pronouns listed on his LinkedIn page. My wife is technically required by her job to list her pronouns on her email sig.

I think I’d put Mac/Daddy or Your Highness/Lorde just to show how silly it is. I mean they couldn’t question it since it’s “your” pronouns… heck maybe have a week rotating list of pronouns depending on how I feel that week.🤡
