Went well, caught most of the fish down south in Big Mineral on shallow jerkbaits and a shaky head. Had (2) 3lb. Spots and a couple largemouth up to 3 pounds.

Went well, caught most of the fish down south in Big Mineral on shallow jerkbaits and a shaky head. Had (2) 3lb. Spots and a couple largemouth up to 3 pounds. That's awesome! It's been dirty and seemingly slow to warm.

Hopefully the water warms up for a small tourney this weekend. I appreciate you following up! Texoma is my home lake, and I've made it a goal to figure it out. I've never had much luck on it, but there's only one way to get better!

Spawning pockets had a TON of bass cruising and bedding, but they were not really willing to bite. Caught a couple small ones sitting further away from the bank and paralleling it with a small squarebill. Then I went back into Little Mineral - I can help you catch a mess of Stripers and Hybrids there if that will help!

I'm taking several days there... heading there Wednesday and coming back Sunday. Planned this months ago and I hope I picked a good time to go!

I'm taking several days there... heading there Wednesday and coming back Sunday. Planned this months ago and I hope I picked a good time to go! Should be a good time. Closer to the dam and Eisenhower, basically anything East of The Penninsula, the water clarity was AMAZING! I could see bottom in 8-10+ FOW and any cover or beds in less than 6' were clearly visible.
