My mother in laws recipe. It is so good😋
Cut fillets into nugget size, dust them in flour salt and pepper. Then you are going to brown them in a tablespoon of hot canola oil. Once all pieces are brown set aside then you will saute 1/2 an onion and one piece of garlic till clear then add one box of chicken broth, one cut up tomato, one bay leaf, Cilantro( i added 1 bunch), salt pepper and Cumin and crappie nuggets. Also add 4 cups of water. Let that simmer while you make your white rice. Once your rice is done put rice in your bowl, then add your soup.

That sounds good, but I have corn meal and hot oil reserved for all the crappie that shows up at my house. I'm just funny that way.

I made the soup for Leo, he was feeling under the weather.

You can get chicken at the store for soup and day of the week.

All Crappie should be baptized in Canola Oil.
