made a red fish ceviche with mango in it. pretty good stuff!. been watching "the key west waterman" videos and he did one, so i had to try it. [Linked Image]

Tried some shrimp ceviche last weekend, it was so good that i could have eaten my weight in it.

We cheat when we make our ceviche. I cube up 2 talapia fillets and cover them with lime juice for at least 30 minutes. When fish is ready, we add it to a pre made container of Pico from HEB or Walmart. We eat it often and it's much easier than cutting all the veggies.
You can also use shrimp. Eat with Pita Chips or tortilla chips and you have have yourself a really easy meal.

This!!!! I use haddock or cod.You have to add some minced jalapenos to those premade but definite easy to do and delicious!

Two cans of canned lump crab (dry off the water with a paper towel),....yummy.
