smoked 4 canadian goose breasts. chopped the meat and browned a lb of venison/pork patty sausage and added em together. steamed a pack of cole slaw seasoned with ginger, water chestnuts and green onions. added the meat to cole slaw and rolled up in egg roll wrappers. it came out very good. goose taste just does come through. i over fried some of em, but that didn't stop me from eating em. had a mess of the mixture left over, so i froze it for something else later.
