how do you find out total hrs on your motor ?

And hours on a motor is about #9 on the list of important. I'd rather have a motor with a 1,000 hours of constant use and maintenance than one with 100 hours of neglect.

Not sure it’s possible on that motor. Correct, its a carb motor so no ECM to record hours.
